Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of the ilarya.net website (the "Site") operated by [Şirket unvanı] (the "Company"). Accessing the Site and viewing the content on it means that you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the Site.

Using the site

The Site has been prepared in order to give information about the Company's fields of activity. The Site offers no membership, registration, form or online transaction facility; the content is provided for reading only.

External links

The Site does not link to any third-party service other than Google Fonts, which serves the fonts used in the design. The font files are loaded from Google's servers while a page is being displayed.

The content and privacy practices of this third-party service are the responsibility of the relevant provider. We accept no liability for damages that may arise from that service.

Governing law and competent courts

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies to these terms of use and to the use of the Site. In any dispute that may arise, the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction.

This provision does not remove the right of visitors who are consumers to apply, under mandatory legislation, to the consumer arbitration committees and courts at their own place of residence.
